Mr. Japel is a pensioner who receives a very small old age grant. He loves Emmi and says that she is " his friend". She sleeps on his bed and is well looked after. Mr. Japel always ensures she receives regular deworming and tick and flea control at our clinic. He asked for help to have her sterilised as he does not want Emmi to have puppies. He would greatly appreciate the help!
