Lady belongs to Kristoff Arendse and his wife, neither of whom work. Thye live in a shack on Goudmyn Farm just outside Montagu. They told us that they had taken Lady from one of the farm workers as she was constantly chained and was emaciated. They have fed her up, but have no money for the medication and sterilisation of Lady.
