Roxy's owner Willemine lives in a small house above Montagu. She has three dogs, all of which she adores. Two of her dogs have been sterilised. Roxy has had a litter of pups, but Willemine does not want her to have more. Willemine works in a small shop making vetkoek and mince to sell to the locals. Both Roxy and the other dogs are well fed and happy.
