Subsidise the sterilisation of Blikkies

Owner: Edna Jansen
Income: unemployed
Location: McGregor, Western Cape
CVC: John Moore CVC

Edna is unemployed and receives a small SASSA grant. She is also taking care of her grandson fulltime. Blikkies is an Afrikanis X who has recently begun getting into fights with the dogs in the community. Edna does not want Blikkies to get hurt and asked us for help with the cost of sterilization.
