Subsidise the sterilisation of Blondie

Owner: Tyron Apollis
Income: Farm worker
Location: McGregor, Western Cape
CVC: John Moore CVC

Blondie is a Golden Retriever, Collie X, who has recently come into season, causing the neighbours dog to try climb the wall to get to her. Her owner does not want her to have puppies as he knows he cannot afford to take care of more dogs and he wants to do the responsible thing and have Blondie spayed.
