Subsidise the sterilisation of Zeke

Zeke is a fluffy bundle of energy who lives with his littermate, Chloe. Their owner is unemployed and shares a small Wendy house with his daughter, who works as a domestic worker. Despite doing their best, the family simply cannot afford to have both dogs sterilized. Without intervention, Zeke and Chloe are at risk of mating with each other, leading to more unwanted puppies and further strain on an already struggling household.
