Subsidise the sterilisation of Ziggy

Ziggy is a much-loved male dog belonging to a pensioner who is also responsible for caring for her grandchild on a limited income. Unfortunately, she is unable to afford the cost of having Ziggy neutered. Ziggy has recently begun escaping from the yard in search of females in heat, placing him at risk of injury, getting lost, and contributing to unwanted litters.
